The SaaS cluster is updated every 2 weeks automatically. Whereas the OneAgent is every 4 weeks optional, version can be skipped. The versions are supported for 9 months, or 12 with premium support.

Updates
The Managed Cluster gets updated every 4 weeks and is mandatory (can be delayed but versions cannot be skipped). The OneAgent gets updated every 4 weeks which is optional, versions can be skipped. OneAgent versions are supported for 9 months, 12 with premium support. OneAgent Updates are shipped with the cluster upgrade.
